We correct in public. If a page changed in a way that changes its meaning, there is a note on the page saying what changed and when.
Things we will fix
- A wrong price, plan name, feature claim or commission term.
- A test result we cannot reproduce when we go back to it.
- A misquote, or an engine answer we reported wrongly.
- A broken or misdirected outbound link.
Things we will not
Disliking a verdict is not an error. Nor is a low score, nor a rival scoring higher, nor a review that mentions the flaw you were hoping we would skip.
We read every complaint properly and answer it. We do not change a conclusion because someone would prefer a different one.
How to raise one
Email us the page, the exact claim, and what it should say. Factual errors get fixed fast and it makes no difference whether the tool pays us.
Right of reply
Vendors who paid for a priority review see it before it goes live, to catch factual errors. Facts only. Not the verdict, and not the score.
