What it is
A B2B contact data platform. Emails, direct dials and company data for the people you want to sell to, with a browser extension for pulling details off LinkedIn and enrichment that pushes into your CRM.
Who buys it
Sales and recruiting teams whose bottleneck is contact details rather than messaging. Widely used, and often bought for the browser extension alone by people who work prospect by prospect rather than in bulk.
How it sits against Seamless on this page
Lusha and Seamless solve the same problem and this page now covers both. Broadly, Lusha has a reputation for a cleaner browser extension and per-contact workflow, while Seamless leans towards bulk search and volume. Which is better for you comes down to accuracy in your specific market, and that is not something either vendor’s marketing can settle. It is exactly what the test exists to answer.
Pricing
Free tier with limited credits, then paid plans priced per user with credit allowances. Their site blocks automated requests, so we could not read the current tiers cleanly and we are not going to print figures we have not verified. Check their pricing page directly, and we will publish what we actually paid, with the date, when we test.
A note on data and consent
Worth saying plainly on any contact data tool: if you are selling into the UK or EU, the compliance question is yours, not the vendor’s. Buying a database does not give you a lawful basis to email everyone in it. Every serious vendor in this category will tell you they are compliant, and every one of them puts the obligation for how you use the data back on you. Read that clause before you buy, not after.
What we will test
The nine-task protocol is published on this page. For a data tool the decisive measure is accuracy, not volume: we take a list of contacts we can independently verify and check what proportion of the emails and direct dials are correct, current, and actually reach the person. We also check how it handles people who have changed roles, because stale data is this category’s most common failure.
