What it is
A managed virtual assistant service. You get an actual person, hired and trained by Wing, working to your instructions across admin, sales support, marketing tasks or bookkeeping, with software and some AI tooling wrapped around them.
Why it is an exception
Because the thing you are buying is a human being, not software. Wing does use AI in its stack and mentions it throughout, but you cannot run our nine-task protocol against a person, and it would be absurd to score one. Whether it works for you depends on the specific assistant you get and how well you brief them, which is not something we can test once and publish a number for.
So it sits here, unscored, and we say why.
Who it is actually for
People who have already worked out that their bottleneck is hours rather than tools. If you are drowning in admin, a good assistant beats any AI subscription on this site. If you want software, this is the wrong page.
What we would actually check before buying
We have not tested this, so treat the following as questions rather than findings. Who exactly is your assistant, and can you interview them before committing. What happens when they leave. How is cover handled. Whether the AI tooling is doing real work or is a line on the sales page. And what the notice period is, because that is where these contracts bite.
A note on the link
Our link lands on their booking page rather than a product or pricing page, so expect to be asked to schedule a call rather than see a price.
